1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or refund, wine bottles must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Returns must be initiated within 7 working days of receiving your shipment.
2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@in2wines.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Once you have received your RMA number, securely package your wine bottles and ship them back to us at the address provided. Please include your RMA number with your return shipment.
3. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive damaged or defective wine bottles, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
5. Gift Returns:

If you received wine bottles as a gift and would like to return them, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
